CCPL Summer Reading Program

May events at the public library

The end of the 2012-2013 year is fast approaching and we still have many things to accomplish.  Most of the dates are set for our school related activities through the end of the year and are listed in the newsletter and here on our website http://www.cherokee1.k12.sc.us/bps/?page_id=16.  If you have questions about any of these dates, call the school office for further information. We have also begun to plan for the 2013-2014 school year.  Please note that there is going to be a Parent Input for Student Placement form available in the school office. This form is our way of giving you, as parents, some input concerning placement of your child next year.  Please understand that as much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee everyone will get the exact teacher they would like.  However, we will do our best to match each student with the teacher most suited to his/her needs.

Remember, your child is and always will be our FIRST PRIORITY here at Blacksburg Primary!

If you do choose to fill out a Parent Input for Student Placement form, we must ask that all forms be completed and turned in by Friday, May 10th.  This will give us time to complete class rosters accurately for the upcoming school year.  As always, we appreciate your input and support!
