Gaffney High School earned the
Award of Excellence for Exemplary Display of Sportsmanship, Ethics
and Integrity - Class AAAA - Region 2 for the 2007 -08 School Year.

Mary Bramlett Elementary
School has been awarded $14,695 by the USDA as a special supplement
to the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program at the school.
The funding will be used to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to
the children on a daily basis and will include such items as apples,
bananas, tangerines and carrots. Food Service Director Roland
Cabading is getting everything set up to begin on October 14.
