Congratulations to Sydney Allen and Taylor Covington for winning first place in the district in the middle school division at the Young Writers’ Gala. Sydney placed first in the district in the poetry category and Taylor placed first in the district in the prose category. We are proud of our writers and their teachers.
Report cards were sent home with students on Tuesday, March 27th. Parent-Teacher conferences will be held from 3:30 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 29th and from 8:30 am until 11:30 am on Friday, March 30th. Please come by to talk with your child’s teachers.
Spring pictures will be taken on Thursday, March 29th. All students will be photographed. Portraits, price list, and instructions will be sent home later. You will have the option to buy portraits or return them to school.

The Jostens representative will be at Ewing during lunch shifts on Wednesday, November 30th to deliver rings. The balance due must be paid at that time.
The make-up day for fall pictures is Monday, October 3rd.
The Jostens Ring Representative will be at Ewing during lunch shifts on Wednesday, September 21st taking ring orders. Different styles available and pricing information is included in order packets that are being sent home with 6th graders on September 12th.
