Candy Grams
February 1, 2013
Student Council will be selling CANDY GRAMS from February 4-8, and 11th. Each candy gram will cost $1.00. They will be delivered to recipients on Valentines Day. ALL money raised will be used to purchase a vest for the Cherokee County Sheriffs Office.
Jump Rope for Heart
February 1, 2013
February is Jump Rope for Heart month in Physical Education. Some of us have already jump started our Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser online, now lets get everyone involved. By participating you will be helping kids that have special hearts and need special care. The money you raise will help people with heart disease live longer and better lives. Our school’s goal is to raise $5200. If everyone participates, that is just over $8 per student. All money will be due Feb. 25th. Lets get heart healthy, have fun jumping, and save lives. Please look for more info to come home with your student on this this topic.

Luke Harvey and Faith Sides were also district winners in the Hoop Shoot Contest. These students will represent our district in the Hoop Shoot Contest in Fort Mill! CONGRATULATIONS!!
School Choice
February 1, 2013
School Choice forms can be picked up in the front office from February 1st -28th. You will need to pick the form up from your child’s currently assigned school. Once the form is completed, you will need to return the form to the school that you wish for your child to attend next year. You will be notified in writing by June 30th regarding the status of the school choice/transfer request.
